How flexible are your subscriptions?
OPP subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of packs/bundles. You can also pause deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or perform lots of other actions with your subscription at any time.
How do I create a subscription?
Simply visit our Pizza Picker page and;
Select the flavours and the quantity you want to add to your subscription by clicking on the “Add this pizza” buttons next to each pizza, or choose a bundle
Click on “Order now”
Choose the “Subscription” Option, the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example “Every month” and the delivery date
Click on “Proceed to checkout”
This will take you to the cart page, where you can review create your account, review your order and enter payment details.
Finally click on “Subscribe now” to place your order and confirm your subscription.
How do I change my order/delivery day or delivery/payment details?

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to stop receiving a certain product, you can cancel a subscription anytime. Just click Cancel on the My Subscription page

If you’d like to change the delivery date of your next order, click Edit and select your next delivery date
Where do you deliver to?
We’re very happy to say that we deliver to almost all parts of Great Britain!
However, we are not yet able to deliver to the following areas:

When do you deliver and when do I need place my order by?
We currently deliver on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Our carbon neutral delivery service is completely free for weekday deliveries, and £5.00 for Saturday deliveries.
Your delivery can arrive anytime between 8am-6pm. DPD will text or email you with a 1hr delivery window on the morning of your chosen delivery date, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.
What if I’m not in for my delivery?
We have made it as simple as possible for you to still get your pizzas without being home.
Our boxes should keep frozen until 6pm thanks to our fully recyclable insulated packaging – ready for you to pop in the freezer when you get home.
When you place your order: you’ll be asked to enter some safe place delivery instructions to let us know where we can leave your box if you’re not in (e.g. behind the gate, with a neighbour).
On the day of delivery: our delivery partners DPD will text you to confirm a 1hr delivery window, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.
If you need to update delivery instructions on the day: simply head over to DPD’s tracking portal (link via your confirmation email) to get your box delivered to a safe place.

How do I store my pizzas?
Please put your pizzas into your freezer or freezer compartment as soon as possible. They should be ok in your freezer for up to 12 months if they are kept below -18c.
Handling the dry ice
When you open your pizza box, please be careful with the dry ice bags if they are still solid at all. Carefully lift them out of your box without touching them with bare skin and put them somewhere safe until they evaporate. Once they are totally empty you can recycle the bags as normal.
Recycling my packaging
We are proud to say that everything we send your pizzas out in is recyclable. The outer box, dry ice bags and internal packaging and paper can be recycled as normal. And, of course, the pizza sleeve is certified carbon positive and fully recyclable – even the cling film is recyclable!
Where do I find nutritional and allergen information?
To find out the nutritional and allergen information of the pizzas you are ordering, simply click on the “Nutrition and Allergen” button located under each pizza picture on the shop page. These will update automatically depending on which pizzas and bases you select.
Please enter any discount codes into the relevant box on the payment page. The appropriate discount will be applied before payment is made. Discount codes can only be used once by any one individual.
If you wish to cancel your subscription you must do before your payment is taken and your next order processed. This may be up to 14 days before your delivery. Please be aware If you fail to do this your order will be processed and delivered, and your payment will not be refunded.
