People have opinions, a lot of them. They will always try to question your diet choices and judge you for eating a certain way. A way to overcome this is to think about it as something that concerns you and only you.

Vegan products are not that common and finding them can be a challenge. Meat, dairy, and egg substitutes are great if you want to create dishes you have always loved but that contain those products.

Add new ingredients to your food

Before you fully transition to a vegan diet try incorporating more fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, etc. Try a new vegan dish every week and start cooking more. Testing the waters can help you make a smoother transition and you can get a sense of what you like and what you don’t. Continue by eating a vegan meal a day or have a day where you only eat vegan food.
